Terms of transfer

I, the Donor, hereby irrevocably donate the above equipment (the “Equipment”) to Focus Forward/ Friends of Photography Botswana (the “Donee”), under the terms below. I declare that I legally own or control the Equipment, that it is free of liens or encumbrances, and I have full authority to transfer it. The Donee may test, refurbish, modify, assign, or dispose of the Equipment as it deems appropriate, in furtherance of its programme objectives. The donation is given “as is”, with no warranties express or implied by the Donor as to condition or fitness for a particular purpose. The Donor acknowledges that once transferred, the Equipment becomes property of the Donee and is not returnable. The Donee will issue an acknowledgement receipt to the Donor and will include the Equipment in its inventory records. The Donee may, at its discretion, provide a valuation summary for the donation. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana and/or the Republic of South Africa, as applicable. By submitting this form, I confirm that the information provided is true and accurate, and that I freely donate the listed equipment to the Focus Forward initiative. I acknowledge that my submission serves as a digital signature of this agreement.

CNP Safaris is not responsible for the actions or omissions of any third parties involved in the collection, refurbishment, or delivery of donations, including courier services, transport providers, or partner organisations. By submitting this form, the donor acknowledges and accepts these terms.
