Klipspringer Lodge is a stunning and secluded private lodge and our photographic base of operations in the Selati Game Reserve.
Private, en-suite and airconditioned rooms are available in the main lodge and private chalets, surrounded by an exquisite lush green garden overlooking the African bushveld.Â
You will have access to the photography hide for both day and night photography. The waterhole attracts various animals and birds throughout the year but is especially popular during the winter months. The photography hide is also equipped with Wimberley Gimbal heads, fitted to gas strut photographic rigs for photographers. Night-time activity is unique and only sometimes experienced, let alone photographed, with the wildlife mere meters away and only 50 meters from your room.

The Selati Private Game Reserve is home to breathtaking landscapes, crowned by the Lillie Cycad forest, the only naturally occurring colony of this species—a bucket-list item for any Nature photography enthusiast.
