Grumeti in the north western corridor of the Serengeti is home to arguably the largest lion pride on the African continent. Towards the end of the long rain season the pride members are scattered over a large area isolated by newly formed marsh terrain. Despite this restriction the photographic opportunities were extraordinary with some very dramatic skies to add to the mix. At CNP our safaris are always about the photographic results of our clients and I am so proud of the way our clients photographs taken during the early May Safari – from moody landscapes to abstracts to capturing small birds in flight. Simply extraordinary if one considers this was all done in only 5 days. Please enjoy their photography with me.
A happy CNP group having lunch in the forest next to the Grumeti river.
